Per Incident Support

Per-incident support allows you to submit one incident regarding one support issue. If you can reach the Internet, we can reach you.  With your authorization, remote support allows us access to your PC to fix it.  If we cannot reach your PC via the Internet, you can make arrangments to drop it off at our office for diagnostics.

Per-Incident Support is available for all currently supported versions of Microsoft Windows, Malware & Virus Removal and general PC Cleanup.
