Office 365 Recurring Payments
If cancelling Office 365 subscription, you must cancel 30 days prior to the 1st of the month.  Example: If you want to cancel use of Office 365 starting April 10th, you must let us know by e-mail ( or by phone (248) 765-1700, by March 10th.  Recurring payments will continue unless we notified otherwise.

Invoice Payments
Invoices are expected to be paid within 30 days unless otherwise noted.  Please contact us by e-mail ( or by phone (248) 765-1700 to discuss any dependencies prior to paying the invoice.  If no contact within 10 business days, we will assume that you are not disputing the charges and payment will be made.
